Introduction
The AS-series portable infrared thermal temperature measurement system uses a high-performance temperature measuring infrared thermal imaging core. It adopts intelligent data analysis algorithm, that enables high precision temperature measurement. In addition, it also has a multi-point temperature alarm function. The AS- series systems can also support hand-held or tripod set ups that makes the device easier to use and learn. Furthermore, it is designed to rapidly and accurately scan various crowded areas such as transportation areas like train stations for heat signatures.
Principle
The AS-series portable infrared thermal temperature measurement system uses an infrared detector and an optical imaging objective lens to receive the infrared radiation energy distribution pattern of the measured target and reflect it on the photosensitive element of the infrared detector to obtain an infrared thermal image. This thermal image corresponds to the thermal distribution field of the object on the surface, and the temperature of the target point can be measured by calibrating and measuring the grayscale of the thermal image.
Advantage
This method measures the relative temperature with high speed and high accuracy, and can measure the temperature difference of about ±0.3 degrees Celsius in real time, which is suitable for large-scale and high-speed screening.
Application
The device is mainly used for rapid screening of crowded places, identifying suspected high-temperature targets on the body surface, and then performing contact temperature measurement to shorten the inspection time and reduce the workload of personnel.
Before using, align the device with the detection scene, please make sure that the direction of the flow of people is not directly facing the device, otherwise the excessively rapid distance change and the object being blocked by each other will affect the accuracy of the measurement, and the direction of the device should be at an angle with the flow of people.
